Description:

Tilianin은 항염증, 항동맥경화, 항고혈압 및 혈관이완 활성을 가지고 있으며, 주로 내피의존적 기전을 통해 혈관 이완과 혈압 강하 작용을 매개하는데, 이는 질산화질소(NO) 방출에 의한 것으로 추정됩니다. 또한 K⁺ 채널을 개방하는 내피비의존적 경로를 통해서도 작용합니다.
Tilianin은 tumor necrotic factor-K (TNF-K)에 의해 유도되는 VCAM-1 발현을 74% 억제하고, 배양된 human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVECs)에서 TNF-κ 유도 핵인자-κB(NF-κB) 활성화를 감소시킵니다.

Storage:	Providing storage is as stated on the product vial and the vial is kept tightly sealed, the product can be stored for up to 24 months(2-8C). Wherever possible, you should prepare and use solutions on the same day. However, if you need to make up stock solutions in advance, we recommend that you store the solution as aliquots in tightly sealed vials at -20C. Generally, these will be useable for up to two weeks. Before use, and prior to opening the vial we recommend that you allow your product to equilibrate to room temperature for at least 1 hour.
